TPNPB letter for President Jokowi
The West Papua National Liberation Army, the Free Papua Organization (TPNPB OPM) has sent an open letter to the Indonesian President regarding Free Papua after the shooting of Nduga.
An armed conflict between the TNI and the West Papua National Liberation Army at the site of the construction of the Trans Papua road bridge in the Mbua District, Nduga District, Sunday and Monday (2-3 / 12) earlier this week, caused significant casualties.
In the battle, at least 20 people were killed. After the attack, when the TNI burst into the Yigi and Mbua areas, the TPNPB / Free Papua Organization claimed 6 civilians were victims.

Two of them were Kunjongdumu and
Wuridlak Village officials, killed on the spot. While the other 4 are in critical condition.
Spokesperson for the TPNPB-OPM National Command Sebby Sambom, Tuesday (11/12/2018), said that armed conflict in the area was caused by the Indonesian government not understanding the wishes of the Papuan people.
"The Indonesian government and its president, Jokowi, must understand, the desire of the Papuan people is to get the political right to self-determination, self-determination, as obtained by the Indonesian people during the Dutch occupation," Sebby said.

Therefore, Sebby said that the developmentalism programs implemented since the New Order era to Jokowi in Papua were futile.
The reason, said Sebby, is that all
development programs that are based on making infrastructure are not the solution to the problem of land grabbing, social cultural rights, and Papuan politics.
Regarding the armed conflict in Nduga and many other Papua regions, TPNPB-OPM on Tuesday spread an open letter signed by the High Commander of the TPNPB General Staff Chief Major General Teryanus Satto, and addressed to President Jokowi.

The following is a busy open letter from the TPNPB-OPM. The same letter is also received Psmnews.org:

We are leaders of the National Command of the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB), the Free Papua Organization (OPM) conveyed with conscience to you that infrastructure
conscience to you that infrastructure development in West Papua is not a goal desired by the people of Papua.
The Papuan people want the political right of self-determination and want to separate from Indonesia for FREDOM FULL and Sovereign from the Indonesian occupiers, colonization has been evident for a long time, this cannot be hidden from the facts
Mr. President of the Republic of Indonesia, that Indonesia is actually a democratic country, but actually democracy is applicable in other regions / provinces in Indonesia so that it is called Indonesian Democracy.

The whole region of Papua and West Papua is not part of Indonesia, because of the reasons caused by Indonesia forcibly in West Papua with military force in military operations in Papua supported by the United States and organizers of
Papuan polls called PEPERA in 1969 was a flawed law and moral defect, occupation of the Papuan Nation began in 1963 until now in 2018.
Therefore, the President of the Republic of Indonesia, we convey that Independence is the right of all nations, so the Papuan people have the right to be independent and become a fully sovereign state. With this, the basis of our arguments, offers and expansions is as follows:

1. Based on the United Nations Charter and UN General Assembly Resolution 1514 concerning the granting of independence to the people and colonies.
2. Atlantic article charter 73, International Covenant on civil and political rights and
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights contained in "Every Nation Has the Right to Determine Their Own Fate"
3. The form of war on international humanitarian groups which regulates the "War of National Liberation" (National Liberation War).
4. Preamble of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in the second paragraph "That in fact independence is the right of all nations, colonization on earth must be abolished because it is not in accordance with humanity and justice"
5. Papuan Nation's Manifesto on November 19, 1961 and the proclamation of the independence of the provisional government of the Republic of West Papua on July 1, 1971.
6. The West Papua National Liberation Army is the Papuan nation's liberation army and the West Papua National Security Defense in accordance with the Chapter. V of article 106 of the Provisional Constitution of the Republic of West Papua
Constitution of the Republic of West Papua in 1971 and was formed on March 23, 1973.
Based on the basis of the rational argument above, TPNPB issues the following attitude:

FIRST: TPNPB DEMANDS
1. Pull out the Indonesian organic and non-organic military from the West Papua region in exchange for the United Nations (UN) peacekeeping force;
2. The Indonesian Government must approve the free election of the Self-Determination of the Indigenous People People of papua.
3. Indonesian Regional Governments, both the provinces of Papua and West Papua, must be frozen or stopped from Government status and fully handed over to UN trustees;
4. Negotiators in this agreement are Papuan military representatives from TPNPB, civil movements in the country and OPM diplomats who are fighting abroad;
5. The signing of this agreement is mediated by a neutral third party namely the United Nations, not the JDP or the Government of Indonesia;
6. Other matters concerning the timing of the referendum and negotiator can be submitted later, if Indonesia agrees to this demand

SECOND: REQUEST TPNPB
1. Stop the construction of the trans Papua road;
2. Combined Indonesian military withdrawal from Nduga;
3. Indonesia allows foreign journalists to cover in Nduga, Timika, Puncak Jaya, Paniai and Lani Jaya;
4. Indonesia allowed the Higher Commissioner for Refugee (UNHCR) United Nations to enter Nduga to take care of the displacement of indigenous and non-indigenous civilians in Nduga;
5. Indonesia allows the International Red Cross to enter in Nduga to evacuate and care for victims of civilians in Nduga district.

THIRD: DISCLAIMER OF TPNPB
1. TPNPB rejects Indonesia's request to surrender to the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI);
2. TPNPB rejects Indonesia's efforts to make peace with the Jakarta-Papua dialogue

FOURTH: TPNPB ATTITUDE
1. TPNPB will not surrender for any reason before the independence of the Nation
Papua materialized from Indonesian occupation;
2. The war will not stop until before the demands and requests of TPNPB are carried out by the
Thus the contents of the claim, the offer and rejection of the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB), for that TPNPB refused the offer in any form other than the one stated in this letter.
If the Indonesian government does not approve these demands and offers, then TPNPB will not stop fighting.
The war against the Indonesian military in Papua will be carried out until the summit demands
